Emergencies during our opening hours
If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call ahead to advise us that you are attending the practice so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.
Our opening hours
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Sunday: Closed
Emergencies outside opening hours
Our out of hours service is supplied by Westway Veterinary Group in Newcastle upon Tyne.
If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call Westway Vets directly:
Their team will advise you on how to proceed and can arrange for you to visit them, if required.

Please note that you will be responsible for transporting your pet to and from Westway Vets.
Westway Vets’ 24-hour emergency clinic has excellent hospitalisation and diagnostic facilities and team members onsite at all times, so you can trust that your pet will be in safe hands.
